Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain critical reports and dashboards that support various business units
- Create training/enablement materials to communicate changes to our systems and processes
- Work with leadership to prioritize change requests, coordinate related activities, and update stakeholders
- Help update, prepare, and analyze various Sales Ops analyses such as territory planning, forecasting, productivity, capacity, etc.
- Helps with data quality and validation to ensure the accuracy of our reporting and analytics
Qualifications:
- Self-starter, who likes solving problems, and has attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ experience is highly desirable
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
