Job Title: Sales Representative - Banquet Chairs

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of our high-quality banquet chairs. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. Your primary focus will be on selling our banquet chairs to hotels, event venues, conference centers, and other businesses in need of premium seating solutions for banquets, conferences, and special events.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the target market segment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Present and demonstrate our banquet chairs to potential clients.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the furniture or hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of banquet chairs or seating solutions is preferred but not mandatory.

Willingness to travel to meet with clients as required.

Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred but not required).
