Position Summary:

**No Sales Experience Needed, we will train high energy individuals that are willing to learn and earn up to $20-$25 an hour when hourly and commissions are combined.

As a Sales Representative, you will be engaging with everyone driving into our location to purchase a wash. During this time with the customer, you will be discovering their needs by asking questions and recommending solutions for the customers to receive the best wash and experience. Along with our regular wash packages, you will be upselling our unlimited plans with the customer for future savings and time. Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities for Sales Representative:

• Upselling/Selling
• Competitive/Drive for success
• Engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers
• Recommend and introduce new products and services
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous sales and customer service experience (but not needed)

Requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages and utilize reason to resolve problems. Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking, and frequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on uneven surfaces, squeezing and crouching. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of 1-25 pounds (occasional up to 50#).
