Job Summary

The Sales Specialist is responsible for selling all Homewood products, including but not limited to...lift tickets, ski school products, rental products, and season passes using our point of sale system, RTP. Sales specialists are expected to offer legendary customer service and professionalism. The Sales Specialist will need to field guest inquiries and offer the best product options while supporting marketing and sales initiatives.

• Ask questions, share concerns, and give suggestions on innovation and efficiencies that improve both the guest and employee experience

• Have excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and courtesy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work in the United States
• Must have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Driving record must meet our standards
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
• Must be able to wear a uniform
• Must enjoy serving people and having fun!
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Prior ski resort or hospitality experience desirable
• Ability to work in harsh outside weather conditions
