We will teach you the best ways to get money in your pocket in no time, work off of our customer base and referrals.

The ideal candidate will :

• Develop relationships with people in our communities and network yourself in order to help others
• Learn how to educate people on roofing, insurance, and solar
• Make your own schedule but be present for team meetings and events.
• Ask when needing help or additional training.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Residential / commercial roofing and solar sales
• Product knowledge on all roofing and solar materials
• Insurance knowledge to help customers
• Finance training
• Closing deals and signing contracts
• Perform energy efficiency audits to help customers save money
• Be able to use our industry leading CRM
• Learn how to market yourself with the help of our marketing team
