Summary: Takes care of any and all tire aspects in a safe and timely manner by going out on service calls and by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Changes tires and inspects tires for any problems.
- Performs repairs or replacement.
- Drives with respect to company business.
- Maintains trucks in an efficient manner.
- Inspects jobs that needs to be accomplished.
- Communicates with customers in a respectful manner.
- Completes necessary paperwork as needed.
- Performs job safely and properly.
- Completes inspection forms and turns in necessary paperwork.
- Performs clean up on the outside of the building and lower yard by helping yard person.
- Assists in the shop as needed.
- Applies knowledge and ability to operate impact gun, jacks, buffers, blocks, calcium pump, air compressor, crane, truck and customers’ equipment.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Valid driver's license
