Appalachian Cannabis Company is looking for multiple quality cannabis experts of varying experience levels to help staff up our new retail locations coming across West Virginia! Established in 2016, as a West Virginian veteran owned business, we are proud to still be a Seed-to-Sale CBD company, but now also expanding into the medical program here in the state. With the multiple arms of our business, we have aimed to be a resource for everyone all year round and want to bring skilled staff of multiple experience levels to the table that can help us continue that goal. We will be looking to hire staff in the following areas:

South Charleston, Cross Lanes, Morgantown, and Inwood West Virginia.

Expected Daily Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Complete sales calls to establish wholesale partners

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• High school degree
• BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
