We are seeking a Self-Storage Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all Operational activities and transactions. We are a growing nationwide company with properties coast to coast.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all Operational transactions
- Attract and secure new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Provide Excellent customer service
- Enforce property rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in management or sales
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
