An Ohio-based self storage company seeks a candidate with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with people for a PART-TIME (25-30 hr/week) Customer Experience Specialist position for its self storage facility located in North Canton, Ohio.

Working under the direction of the Area Manager, this customer service position will engage in three primary activities:

• Sales, including answering questions, quoting prices, showing prospects the facility, leasing units, and all related paperwork.
• Customer service, including taking payments, and addressing tenant concerns.
• Assist with the upkeep and maintaining overall appearance of the facility and grounds.

This position requires strong computer skills, outstanding customer service skills, a friendly and professional manner (both in person and on the phone), a flexible attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Experience with email, preferably MS Outlook, and the ability to learn and utilize our specialized software programs are essential. The successful candidate will be able to work proactively and independently.

The candidate must have a clear criminal background history and be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening as a condition of employment. They must also possess a valid Driver's License and have a reliable form of transportation. The candidate will be expected to lift up to 25 pounds, operate a golf cart in a safe manner, and handle tasks related to the upkeep of the facility.

The Customer Experience Specialist will be required to work Saturdays and may be asked to work at a second location.
