We’re looking for an experienced copywriter to join our collaborative, mission-minded creative team. We love what we do, and we’re passionate about helping leading nonprofits create social impact. We’re driven to create original and effective campaigns that move hearts, minds, and missions. We work hard to do that—and we’ve got the awards to show for it—but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. If you’re a storyteller with strong writing and conceptual chops and a passion for doing good, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Write clear, persuasive, original, on-brand copy for client projects including direct mail, email, and digital ads
Manage revisions and edits in partnership with copyeditors and proofreaders
Work in partnership with creative directors, art directors and designers to develop and present innovative concepts and ideas
Occasionally present new work to internal teams and clients
Work with account team to develop strategy and conceptual approach for client projects
Identify and elevate opportunities for improvement to the creative process

Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years copywriting experience
Strong storytelling expertise and ability to craft actionable copy
Direct response experience is a plus
Ability to translate strategy to effective creative execution
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
Familiarity with project management software (Wrike skills a plus)
The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives under pressure and works well with different personalities in a fast-paced environment
