Copper River Technologies is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst with understanding or experience of personnel security processes is needed to review and analyze existing documentation and data, and complete product development and compilations (reports, summaries, trend analysis and executive level briefings) related to security policies/regulations, past security reviews, benchmarking information, manpower and human capital data, and organizational construct information.

This is part of a short-term review of security processes, data/systems, and manpower review that the government began, with the outcome being recommendations for operating as a high performing organization.

• Identify security program/function data, generate information and insights from data sets and identify trends and patterns, and create visualizations of data in various formats (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Tableau, etc.) for Executive level audiences.
• Present data in a graphical format that enables decision makers to comprehend difficult concepts or identify new patterns to include designing visualizations for complex data sets including dashboards such as bar charts, pie charts, histogram, scatter plots, tree-maps, etc.
  • This will include developing a data driven presentation for depicting the enterprise security functions being performed across WHS and for its customers.
• Data analysis shall include but not limited to current state of security programs including:
  • Human capital/manpower and resources,
  • Program definitions,
  • Scope of responsibilities,
  • Process maps, and
  • Recommendations on best organizational structure and processes for the most effective execution of the programs.
  • And can make recommendations for additional areas of review.
• Assess effectiveness of current business process maps and procedures used by WHS organizations executing security mission requirements against security program policies and requirements.
• Review and analyze available process maps from previous efforts and data gathering, and where needed, will create "as is" process maps. The Contractor will provide the process maps in an updatable format for future revisions.
• Identify and analyze improvements opportunities, to include workflows and resources; and recommend process improvements that address service provider and customer "pain points," reduce handoffs, and mitigate redundancies or gaps in the process.
• Develop an implementation plan and timeline to migrate to the approved "future state."
• Identify supplemental information needed and facilitate obtaining the information to fully analyze and identify organizational and operational effectiveness, themes, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop an executive summary and narrative report, which identifies and summarizes any trends, themes and poses possible courses of action for organizational and management solutions.

  • Understanding of Six Sigma tools for process analysis/improvement
