As our portfolio of digital clients expand, we have a new opportunity to join our team. As a Sr. Digital Account Executive, you will join our account team to lead the day-to-day activities to produce all digital marketing campaigns for 2-3 key accounts.

Join our high performing team that runs on all cylinders, has fun and needs a strong independent performer. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of integrated marketing programs and serve as the direct liaison between internal departments and the client. Account Directors have a strong understanding of CRM strategy and understanding and present all campaign analytics to the client teams.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare & initiate strategy sessions and provide input to team for developing strategy. Assemble & present samples, past results, current strategies, and other materials necessary for strategy development. Solicit and compile feedback from client.
Submit approved strategy to creative. Manage both the internal and client review and approval processes. Ensure timely campaign process with Creative and communicate internal delays.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Distribute and communicate weekly status reports, gather feedback. Serve as the primary day-to-day execution point of contact for client projects, ensuring timely delivery of quality deliverables and owning communication for any ad hoc client requests.
Manage project pans by coordinating resource management and planning across multiple internal departments – including Creative, Analytics, and Digital SMEs (Paid Media Specialists and Developers)
Collaborate with client, vendors, and internal teams to build upcoming fiscal year budget and campaign schedule. Work with Account Management team to pull previous performance data.
Prepare standard reports on email and advertising campaign level results and provide preliminary analysis of KPIs, along with recommendations for next steps.
Develop understanding of segmentation strategy and QC email and ad targeting for accuracy. Own Renewal Data process.
Keep up with the latest digital trends and market shifts to best meet our clients fundraising objectives.

Required Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years project management, marketing and/or communications experience. Client facing experience required.
3+ years of email marketing and/or digital ads execution experience.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills required.
Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize timelines, and deadline driven.
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of database marketing/fundraising and account management preferred.
Self-motivated leader who takes initiative and ownership of work and collaborates well with cross functional client and THD teams.
