Position Summary
The Enterprise Client Executive will effectively manage, grow and build sustainable relationships within large enterprise accounts in key vertical markets.
The Enterprise Client Executive will become a trusted advisor and work closely within each Enterprise Account through consultative sales and build trusted long-term relationships that benefit and protect the best interests of both the Enterprise Account and Kodak Alaris. Enterprise Accounts will typically be leaders in their industry, and among the top-tier companies in growth, customer service and innovation.
The Enterprise Client Executive will identify the variety of customer roles and perceptions that exist within an account and be able to engage in a mutually beneficial dialogue that leads to long term relationships that benefit both customers and Kodak Alaris. Frequent communication with the Enterprise Accounts will allow the customer to view Kodak Alaris almost as a joint venture partner in developing their business with technology that allows them to do great things for their customers and employees.
Enterprise Accounts involve complex sales to several different departments and individuals at each company and often to many levels of management, operations, Quality Assurance, Information Technology and other disciplines within the company. The consultative approach used in these accounts may include the ability to partner with other technology vendors to provide the best total solution to the customer.
A successful Enterprise Client Executive will have the relevant industry experience to recognize new opportunities and be able to facilitate executive level discussions regarding solutions. They should have extensive application knowledge and familiarity with several key industries, including banking, property and casualty insurance, life insurance, health insurance, healthcare systems, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, transportation and technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Monthly forecasting and regular communication with team leaders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to any customer location. Up to 50% travel or more as required.
  • Leadership and collaboration in sharing expertise with team members to constantly expand opportunities for Kodak Alaris. This includes Enterprise Accounts, Strategic Accounts, BPO organizations, and awareness of new opportunities in new accounts and new markets.
  • Executive level presentation skills are required for this position. This includes virtual presentations as well as in person executive level meetings. Excellent presentation and organization skills at all levels within an organization.
  • Leadership in cross functional collaboration within Enterprise Accounts, as well as with Kodak Alaris resources and Kodak Alaris resellers.
  • Collaborative and consultative skills to drive sales, including both customer resources and Kodak Alaris resources, utilizing Strategic Selling principles to enhance communications and account development.
  • Proven experience and ability to bring about change, innovation, and growth within significant major accounts while achieving goal and building a long-term pipeline and long- term growth for Kodak Alaris.
  • Timely submission of expenses, reports, forecasts and business plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years leading successful solution sales in major accounts, global accounts, enterprise accounts and complex accounts with multiple locations.
  • Extraordinary customer management, strategic selling skills and discovery and project management skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
  • Experience in collaborative work with channel partners is desirable.
  • Familiarity with leading ECM and capture software, as well as cloud-based applications, EMR software in healthcare, and advanced intelligent data extraction software, as well as familiarity with RPA and OCR software.
  • Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning, as well as IT Services preferred.
  • Working familiarity and knowledge of software licensing and support options for ECM, EMR, or capture software is required.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in both long term and short-term account development, with an emphasis on accounts with very complex sales opportunities across large organizations. Legacy high-level contacts and professional relationships within several enterprise accounts is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Kodak Alaris hardware, software, services and programs, as well knowledge of other hardware and software that may be used in the Enterprise Account’s industry.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to lead the customer to hardware and software solutions that allow them to grow and see Kodak Alaris as a partner, not just a vendor.
  • Training and certification in Miller Heiman Sales Training is desirable, especially Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling, and Large Account Management Process training. Sandler Sales Training or other expert sales systems is also helpful.
