Details of Role:

The Sr. Manager of Learning & Development will be responsible for overseeing training across the organization and employee life cycle:

• Foundational: orientation, onboarding, technical training, and introduction to core communication and hospitality skills
• Developmental: supporting the progression from doer to manager to leader

In addition to the administration and enhancement of these programs, other responsibilities include:

• Content Enhancement: We are proud of the current state of our training materials, but we would like someone who can continually enhance content and introduce outside ideas as we grow
• Teaching: This role will have only occasional teaching responsibilities but will serve as a role model for the warmth, connection, and engagement that we want to foster in our training workshops
• Compliance & Administration: maintain digital records of training completion, certifications, and audit performance

Requirements

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 to 10 years of proven success in coaching, teaching, and/or generally bringing out the best in a team
• Comfort with training and performance management software and digital content delivery
