Job Details:
- Provides a high level of service and hospitality during meal service and catered events as needed, in a professional manner.
- Contributes to the resident’s quality of life by providing superior communal meals, optimal choices, and caring services.
- Demonstrates good communication skills, including but not limited to effective reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills, with a fluent understanding of English.
- Demonstrates a full understanding and an effective application of the use of HACCP and OSHA protocols.
- Demonstrates a full understanding and effective application of the use of cleaning chemicals and other hazardous materials.
- Ability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as assigned.
- Works in a detail-oriented fashion.
- Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly.
- Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Servers are asked to pick at least 3 shifts a week with 1 of them being a weekend day.
- M-F hours are 4:30a-8:30p and Sunday 11a-3p
- Very flexible with school and activities.
