Must be energetic, professional with an excellent track record in hospitality in a fast-paced service environment. Must possess knowledge of food, beverage, and superior customer service skills. Must work best as a team player.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of and passion for wine, and spirits
- Loves Guest service! To succeed at this job, you must find satisfaction and fulfillment in giving every table a memorable experience.
- Hard-working, team player
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in an upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to perform essential functions to Table 26° Palm Beach's standards with reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly with Guests, Managers, and Team Members
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
