The ideal candidate will have proven experience as the Service Manager of a large tractor dealership and repair facility. We want the best Service Manager in the Southeast. If you think you can be that person, we want to hear from you.
Job Requirements:
- Write, manage and audit repair orders to verify accuracy and detailed information on repairs completed
- Assist customers with technical questions
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong computer skills
- Update technician time logs and provide detailed reports to management about the service department’s productivity and progress
- Maintain the dealerships service certification
- Must have experience with warranties and insurance claims
- Verify that the shop is a safe working environment
- Monitor all of the technicians’ time, coach and train technicians to meet productivity goals.
- Ensure the service department is profitable through proper, effective management
- Must have experience with tractor and construction equipment
- Must have excellent management skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Kubota experience desired
- Rimss Systems experience desired
Salary: Base + Bonus Compensation (Depending on Experience)
