Service Scheduling Coordinator - Lewes, DE

Job Responsibilities
- Prints repair orders, parts invoices, bills, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due
- Perform clerical duties such as making appointments, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail
- Maintains records of daily transaction documentation
- Processes mail
- Assists receptionist with phone calls
Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
