A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE WRITER/SCHEDULER

As a Service Writer/Scheduler, you will be the connection between our mechanics and our customers. Applying your exceptional customer service and organizational skills, you play a huge part in our success. Proactively, you schedule preventative maintenance, engine diagnostics and ensure top notch customer service to everyone you come into contact with.

While your technical knowledge and understanding is essential, your good interpersonal and communication skills are also incredibly important. You work hard to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the mechanics and customers to keep projects going and on-schedule. You enjoy working with a dynamic team and get great satisfaction out of keeping us up and running!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SERVICE WRITER/SCHEDULERS

• Preferred* 3 years' experience in similar field
• 3-5 year's knowledge of Class 1-8 Trucks, Trailers, Aerial equipment, and Construction equipment is also preferred
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite is a must
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment is desired but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Are you attentive to safety? Are you self-motivated and able to work independently? Can you prioritize multiple tasks effectively? If so, you might just be perfect for this Service Writer/Scheduler position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position works Monday - Friday with rotating on call hour that you can perform from the comfort of your own home.
