Job Title: ServiceNow QA
Location: Richfield, MN//Hub Locations – Atlanta, GA/ Boston, MA/ Seattle, /San Diego, CA
Pay Term: Only On W2
Job Description:
•Review current testing plans and capabilities •Learn the functional solutions that are available – e.g. ServiceNow’s native Automated Test Framework •Contribute to assessment of and define QA /Testing plan(s) for the entire ServiceNow platform and product teams •Create and execute functional test plans related to delivery of new features or platform upgrades. •Create and execute/coordinate performance testing related to delivery of new features or platform upgrades. •Identify process improvement opportunities for managing overall testing – e.g. UAT process, etc. •Take guidance from QA lead and collaborate with other QA Analyst(s). •Maintain existing automation test framework (ServiceNow’s native Automated Test Framework) •Work with developers, BA or SME to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them where applicable •Manage the defect lifecycle and ensure issues are reported and resolved, including validation of the fix Top Five Skill's: 1.Member a QA program / QA function of a delivery team: 4 years 2.Experience in writing and executing test cases: 3 years 3.Working in Agile environment: 2 years 4.Defining and documenting a testing program approach and testing processes: 3 years 5.Providing status updates on testing progress and results: 3 years
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
