Description:
- The role will be orchestrating the movement of 2000 vehicle assets on a daily basis
- This role will over see the transportation of vehicle between locations, ensuring they are properly cleaned and ready for redeployment daily
- Will coordinate schedules for teams and ensure the team leads are properly equipped to manage their team effectively
- Successfully operate and achieve KPIs
- Create and maintain employee schedules and ensure timecards are filled out and submitted promptly

Requirements:Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, you must be willing to work in both inside and outside environments
- We are seeking candidates who have leadership experience or a strong appetite for leadership
- The selected candidate must be able to collaborate with other leaders to manage operations and create process or make adjustments to enhance performance
- Experience developing and implementing logistic strategies
- Experienced in moving logistical products through various lifecycles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
- Generate reports daily, weekly and monthly or as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management or related field / Minimum of 3 years of logistics experienced
- Strong leadership and accountability
