1st shift Monday through Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm.
Scope:
Performs a variety of shipping and receiving tasks. Verifies materials received are as ordered and routes incoming items to appropriate departments. Pulls and packages items for shipment ensuring accurate shipment. Keeps areas clean and orderly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepares both domestic and international shipments determining most economical and efficient shipping method; selects appropriate shipping container; packs items to ensure safe delivery.
  • Prepares bill of lading; checks items to be shipped against work orders to verify that quantities, destination, and routing are correct.
  • Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment; process return shipments from customers.
  • Sorts, counts, packages, labels, unpacks, and logs inventory to be shipped or received.
  • Inspects shipments for damage or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies lead/manager.
  • Delivers items to requisitioning departments and obtains authorized signatures for accepted items.
  • Operates computer, box wrapper, pallet strapper, shrink wrapper. Walkie-stacker, scales, pallet jack, and forklift; assist in routine maintenance of equipment in area; may lock warehouse.
  • Follows departmental policies and procedures, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety and environmental standards.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
  • Able to read and write and speak in English.
  • Follow written and verbal instruction.
  • Ability to make sound decisions based on company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Operating a computer.
  • Must be able to perform all functions of shipping from packing, boxing and shipping.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must have or be capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in shipping, receiving and inventory preferred.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The base hourly pay range for this position is $16.30 - $21.24. Bonus Potential: Quarterly Bonus program.
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
