Shop Technician

CTM is GROWING and is looking for capable and experienced technicians to join our team! CTM Group is the global leader in turn-key entertainment equipment solutions for theme parks, regional malls, resort destinations, and other high-traffic leisure and tourist attractions around the world.

Qualified shop technicians are needed in our Salem, NH headquarters to troubleshoot, repair, refurbish various amusement games, vending machines and kiddie rides.

Experience is a plus, but just as important is ENTHUSIASM and the strong desire to learn; on-the-job training will provide the right candidate(s) with additional knowledge needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical assemblies.
• Demonstrable ability to use test equipment to diagnose and isolate issues.
• Strong electrical and mechanical repair skills.
• Familiarity with vending machines, arcade games highly desirable (but not required.)
• Strong sense of organization and attention to detail.
• Willingness to grow and learn new products and support methods.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incoming equipment and fully restore to operation.
• Perform all preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Perform detailed cleaning on all equipment.
• Manage time & priorities for constantly evolving in-house repair needs.
• Allocate time & resources to achieve daily production goals.
• Keep clean and organized work area.
• Practice safe work habits.
