The Harrisburg Area YMCA is looking for a seasoned YMCA Site Director with extensive experience in membership and program growth to join our team. The Site Director of the Camp Curtin YMCA, located in the heart of Uptown Harrisburg, PA., is a community leadership position responsible for the branch’s facility, which includes community rooms, classrooms, a licensed toddler and preschool center, and a gymnasium. The Site Director will ensure the branch achieves its financial goals and will guide a diverse team of professionals to provide a best-in-class member experience, active community engagement, and strong in-Branch operational performance. Supported by the Harrisburg Area YMCA team and a strong Advisory Board, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to take a vibrant, historic Y to even greater heights, serving the community in new and exciting ways.
