Position Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of onsite AI engagements in the Mountain View, CA area. This position requires class-leading customer engagement involving strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to empathize with and respond to customers' needs, problem-solving skills and the ability to function effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment.

Main responsibilities:

• While working with our local and off-shore teams, plan and monitor projects to meet deadlines, quality and budget requirements. Focus on continuous improvements.
• Represent and promote the TELUS International brand.
• Facilities and site property management along with vendor coordination.
• Recognize customer needs and proactively focus on fulfilling these needs through innovative thinking and collaboration with the onsite production team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and implement procedural changes and customized workflows.
• Coordinating with teams and partners to achieve project milestones and goals.
• Optimization through automation – provide innovative solutions to improve processes.
• Coordination of small projects and subprojects independently or in cooperation with Project Managers.
• Client communication (intercompany and external).

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of project management experience
• Facilities management/ site management experience.
• Process creation, adaptability, thinking on one’s feet to solve new and complex problems efficiently and with excellent communication.
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, including using basic formulas and creating pivot tables.
• Project administrative and financial tasks.
• Vendor coordination.
• Experience in project financial and tracking cost incurred.
• Excellent leadership and time-management skills.
• Ability to optimize tasks and processes.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Problem solving skills.
• Innovative approach.
• Proactivity.

Salary: $86,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
