What we need:
Back to Nature is looking to bring on individuals as subcontractors for snow removal work during the Winter season. This will be part-time on-call work as you will only be needed to come in during Winter storm events. Snow shoveler helpers will receive $20/hr. Crew leads with their own shovel and truck will receive $30/hr. If you are interested in joining our team as a crew leader or crew memeber on landscape or maintenance, please let us know.
Requirements:
- Able to work and get along with management and other crew members.
- Experience in snow removal work up to and including operating snow plows, blowers, shovels, etc.
- Drivers license and reliable transportation to work on a daily basis
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer and use most tools related to the position.
- Sovling problems is a daily occurrence and you should be ready to collaborate with an open mind to bring about great win-win solutions. Sound reasoning and an even-keeped disposition are a must.
- Must be available on weekends and nights.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
