Lead the development team in our full-stack technologies producing software solutions across full lifecycle Agile development projects – design, development, testing, implementation, and rollout Build highly interactive and customized web, desktop, and/or mobile front-end and back-end applications using
React and
C# Experience using web-based tools, technologies, practices and web authoring software, HTML, and CSS to create web templates and style sheets, web applications, and web features. Visual design skills to support web application functionality such as complex web forms, dynamic and interactive web applications. Helps drive technology direction and choices of technologies by making recommendations based on experience and research Enjoy participating in all aspects of product development including generating ideas, prototyping, building solutions, talking to users, testing outcomes, and integrating learnings into future work As lead developer, ensures that sprint objectives are completed in a timely manner, consistently achieving team commitments and sprint goals Recommends new development strategies and procedure improvements to the development team Works continually on improving performance of source code using industry standard methodologies Participates in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends, and best practices to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge Promotes the establishment of group standards and processes

Qualifications/Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field; plus, five or > years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
5 years of experience in full-stack software development with the ability/willingness to learn
- Required experience:
- Strong experience with Back-end framework using C#, .NET
- Azure Functions, Azure SQL / SQL Server, CosmosDB
- Strong experience with Front-end framework using React
- Strong experience designing & building web application user interfaces with HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Experience using PWA – Progressive Web Apps
- Full Stack experience – able to design, build and launch application
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), Azure preferred
- Experience with Containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Well-versed in object-oriented design and development concepts
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
- Strong experience with Back-end framework using C#, .NET
- The following knowledge is not required, but is preferred:
- API-first, Microservice architecture – revolves around the idea the end product will be consumed
by mobile devices

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
