Spa Executive Assistant and Part-Time Front Desk Job at U-Topia Spa
U-topia Spa at Lakewood Ranch is looking for a Part -Time Front Desk Team Member Fridays 10-5 and Saturdays 10-4. Then 3 other days of the week you would be our U-topia Spa Executive Assistant and help different locations virtually (from the Lakewood Spa) with anything they may need help on - Admin Duties if you will. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who wants to work for an amazing Spa with a chance to grow with the business.
Responsible and accountable for all aspects of daily operations with focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional level of customer service. Promote staff and new services/products. Strong attention to customer service - friendly personality and professionalism is a MUST. Daily cleaning and organizing - keeping floors clean, bathrooms clean and stocked, rooms organized and stocked, laundry, etc. creating flyers and sending emails, maximizing the spa schedule and include any duties to help facilitate a smooth and organized ran spa flow.
Required background that applicants must possess:
- A passion for people and sales
- High level of enthusiasm
- Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
- Retail and sales experience is a plus
- Experience with a booking system is a plus
