What you will do:

  • You will calculate reimbursements owed to field technicians
  • You will verify technicians daily stops and hours worked
  • You will prepare reports or perform other similar duties as requested
Qualifications:

What we are looking for:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
  • You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • You have the willingness to work in a solo and team environment
  • You have knowledge of the construction and/or cable industry, A BIG PLUS!
  • You have strong attention to details and accuracy
  • You have effective communication skills
  • You are positive, proactive, and able to consistently exercise great judgment
  • You have the ability to handle administrative details independently, while keeping team members and customers adequately informed
  • You have the ability to prioritize and react with appropriate levels of urgency to multiple situations, requests and events that require quick response or turnaround
  • You are proficient with spreadsheets (creating, data entry, and maintaining)
  • You are professional, dependable, and reliable with a can-do attitude
  • You have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
  • You have strong ability to work remotely without being distracted
