Sr Project Coordinator Job at Copper River Family of Companies
Copper River Cyber Solutions is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator to join our team! The Sr Project Coordinator will assist the PEO Offices with the establishment of service and support agreements with other DoD or federal organizations, to include federally funded research and development centers.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Assist the PEO in the information gathering and preparation of service and support agreements
- Track and manage of established agreements
- Update and track the processing and completion of service and support agreements
- Complete and update draft agreements based on approved templates and information provided by the PEO POC and/or external mission partners
- Initiate DCSA processes to route draft agreements or draft changes from external mission partners through workflow steps for approval
- Provide a copy of the completed service agreements to the PEO POC and upload a copy into the PEO repository
- Update Agreements as needed based upon internal or external policy changes, customer requests, contract modifications, or term expirations
- Provide a monthly report identifying all PEO agreements expiring within the next 90 days

- Skills/Experience:
- Experience in Project Coordination
- Experience drafting agreements and uploading them to a repository
- Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining monthly reports
