Job Description:
The Corporate Security Team ensures the overall safety and security of all associates, corporate assets, and business interests. This is accomplished by utilizing various strategies to anticipate potential threats, coupled with a keen understanding of current crime trends and criminal methodology. Additionally, the team conducts complex investigations as required by the various business units.

Senior Security Specialists are primarily responsible for ensuring the overall safety of associates, contractors, vendors, and guests. This is accomplished by participating in security assessments of facilities, liaising with security personnel, and leveraging law enforcement assets. Senior Security Specialists conduct complex investigations as needed to assist individual business units with asset recovery, liability limitation, and brand protection. Senior Security Specialists develop, execute, and review security plans for company sponsored events around the world. This requires relationships with local government, United States Department of State Officials, Directors of Security, and many other local assets. Senior Security Specialists develop and continuously review workplace violence policies and procedures. Senior Security Specialists will respond to all incidents of workplace violence. Senior Security Specialist develop awareness programs and train associates on current methodology as it relates to personal safety.
  • Ensure the safety of associates and customers within the workplace.
  • Support the Human Resources Team with associate related concerns.
  • Conduct complex investigations to identify suspects or gather evidence to support criminal prosecutions.
  • Develop security plans for major events such as incentive trips, associate gatherings, business meetings etc.
  • Travel to corporate sponsored events to ensure the safety of guest, execute the security plan and respond to incidents.
  • Maintain relationships with Federal, State, local law enforcement agencies and other security professionals to promote cooperation and information sharing.
  • Managing emergency response teams to ensure that security protocols are followed during emergencies.
  • Develop security awareness programs to help associates recognize potential threats to the company’s assets or reputation.
  • Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of security protocols
  • Ensure all associates follow security procedures and guidelines as outlined in training programs and assessments
  • Perform security process evaluations and inspection
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of Security experience (security, military, or law enforcement)
  • Post-secondary training in security management or leadership is preferred
    • FBI NA or SPI Command Officers Development Course preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills · The ability to develop and foster professional relationships
  • Excellent team building and leadership skills · Working knowledge of any required computer programs and security technology
  • Ability to monitor surveillance systems and respond to emergency situations
  • Firearms familiarity and competency
    • CCW or HB218
  • Must be able to conduct complex investigation
