PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Support and coordinate talent management initiatives that help build organizational capability and drive performance across Exelon. Conduct internal and external research and leverage findings to identify and implement improvements to talent management processes across the organization. Analyze, synchronize, and validate data and reporting to inform program improvements and streamline best practices across the organization. Develop and deliver programmatic support of training materials including but not limited to job aids, webinars, and SharePoint sites and serve as a technical SME for talent management tools/software.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide logistical, communication, technology, and resource support for organizational talent management processes and programs such as performance development, business talent review, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Provide support for administration of assessments and testing. This includes management of vendor relationships, logistics oversight, ownership and maintenance of SharePoint site, development of training resources.
  • Support the COE in responding to talent inquiries through multiple internal communication channels.
  • Serve as Talent Management liaison with HR Technology and HR Analytics on tools and data.
  • Provide support in analyzing, synchronizing, and validating data and reporting.
  • Implement tools and processes aligned with talent management best practices and organizational strategies.
  • Co-facilitate/support virtual webinars on various professional development topics.
  • Partner with the COE on any other Talent Initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, psychology or related field.
  • Min of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of development programs, HR systems and technologies and/or talent/performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills including data collection and analysis.
  • Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying personalities and work styles, team player.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability and confidence to manage very senior interactions and expectations.
  • Experience in process improvement and creating systemic efficiencies.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience designing and implementing programs and strategies.
  • Demonstrated business acumen is preferred.
