Responsible for accurate merchandise protection and attention to detail when merchandising new product to product location ensuring our Customers have a neat safe and stocked shopping environment. Work together with stock team to 100% complete trucks daily. Ability to understand and fulfill time and productivity requirements to complete truck daily. Flexibility in schedule to extend if needed to meet the business needs.
The Associate makes eye contact, smiles, and greets all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner, treats fellow Associates with respect, efficiently follows all company best practice standards as outlined in all work centers, and ensures proper merchandise presentation. The stock associate is expected to be engaged in stockroom tasks as assigned during all working hours, and will be expected to perform a range of functions in all areas of the Store as business needs require.
