Store Associate/Beer & Wine Associate Job at Blanchards Liquors - Allston
Blanchards, a high-volume liquor store in Allston is seeking cashiers and beer/wine department staff. The position is for 15-35 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Blanchards is conveniently located at 103 Harvard Ave in Allston, at the corner of Harvard Ave and Brighton Ave, right off the Mass Pike. The 66 & 57 Bus routes have a stop right in front of the store, and the B Route Green Line Harvard Ave stop is one block from the store.
Below is a brief description of the position, including core job responsibilities for Retail Sales Associates:
- Ringing in customer purchases
- Bagging
- Assisting customers with recommendations and purchases
- Answering the telephone
- Stocking
- Cleaning and organizing
- Maintaining and stocking displays
- Customer carry/wheel outs
Employees with strong communication skills and retail experience are a plus. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required. Employees receive a 20% discount on purchases.
