Store Technology Support Analyst Job at Cato Corporation
The Cato Corporation, a leading specialty retailer of value-priced women’s fashion apparel with corporate offices located in Charlotte, North Carolina, operates three concepts: Cato, It’s Fashion and Versona. Cato is seeking anexperienced IT professional to join its Store Technology team.
Responsibilities:
· Provide technical expertise to resolve both software and hardware problems on a daily
basis,
· Prepare and maintain equipment and software for Point of Sale,
· Maintain reliability and availability of VPN network to stores, and
· Interact and communicate with the Management and Store Associates.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of one year of experience maintaining Windows 10, Cisco VPN, Cisco IOS, Sonic
Wall IOS;
· In-depth working knowledge of HP engage One pro register, Brother Printers, VeriFone
Pinpads, MS Windows 10, Cisco IOS and Sonic Wall IOS;
· Experience with wireless technologies (802.11a/b/g/n) and PSC Falcon Handhelds.
· Working knowledge of Salepoint Point of Sale Applications is helpful.
