The Position

Quench seeks an analytical strategic thinker as its new Strategy Manager. The Strategy Manager will report to the VP of Strategy and Business Intelligence, an ex-MBB Manager and a member of Quench’s executive team. This role will support the team’s continued delivery of double-digit growth per year as the market leader in bottle-free water solutions, leading the industry’s transition away from plastic bottle solutions.

As the deputy of the VP of Strategy/Business Intelligence, the Strategy Manager will bring a consulting skill set of framing and attacking new problems to solve the most challenging issues across the organization. This role will include a mix of collecting (and reporting) data as needed, providing unique analysis, and developing and executing plans to realize identified goals. Early on the Manager will be expected to be comfortable rolling up their sleeves to dig into complex issues across the organization which have not yet been addressed. A successful individual in this role will build trusting relationships by helping leaders across the company uncover value and monitor the health of the different facets of the business. In support of these efforts, the Strategy Manager will manage a Strategy Analyst, and work closely with the Business Intelligence team. Finally, this role will offer exposure to the broader Culligan family to learn from and provide guidance to our international family of companies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Engineering, Data Science, or other quantitative-driven fields a plus
  • 2-3 years of proven success in a management consulting, accounting consulting, corporate strategy, and or similar role with a quantitative focus
  • Strong analytical basis in Excel
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SQL and/or PowerBI a plus
