Location: Multi-Studio / Upper East Side Studio (primary)
Reports To: Senior Studio Manager
Status: Part-Time | Non-Exempt

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

● Assist checking in clients to each session/class while providing an exceptional experience for each individual
● Process any sales of beverages, merchandise, and ancillary products accurately
● Ensure all studio policies and procedures are consistently followed
● Address all client inquiries in a timely manner in conjunction and seek any assistance when needed
● Maintain a robust knowledge of the company’s offerings, sales techniques, policies, and customer service standards
● General studio cleaning, sanitation and preparation for each class based on daily class schedule using EPA-approved disinfectants
● Cleaning of equipment: mats, blocks and other devices
● Wiping up sweat and water across the facility to prevent slips and falls
● Locker room cleaning and sanitation (including showers)
● Trash and recycling removal
● Laundry (wash and fold towels)
● Additional duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

● A combination of education, certifications and/or relevant work experience to the needs of the role
● Strong computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, internet and databases
● Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing the quality of their work
● Must remain driven and positive even in the face of adversity to transform leads into sales
● Must be able to work in a heated environment
● Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time
● Must be able to go up-and-down stairs
● Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs
