Holman is seeking a high energy leader to join our family as a Supervisor in our Licensing & Compliance department.

In this highly visible role with multiple growth opportunities, you will utilize your coaching and mentoring skills to oversee a team of 12-17 operational employees. The L&C team ensure licensing and compliance services are completed for our customers over 750,000 vehicles on Holman’s various programs. Principal Purpose of Position:

  • Supervise, coach and mentor a team of operational employees in support of our customers to meet/exceed departmental goals.
  • Create a positive and professional work environment through positive recognition and supportive work relationships.
  • Evaluate existing processes and proactively identify new opportunities to assure quality delivery and departmental efficiency.
  • Respond to escalating internal and external customer issues, determine root cause, explore and implement mistake-proofing measures.
  • Support the growth and development of assigned employees, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Support customer or prospect meetings, as serve as direct client liaison as needed.
  • Develop and monitor key departmental metrics to ensure standards are achieved.
  • Develop custom departmental reports and presentations.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Relevant Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years of Management, Supervisory or Team Lead experience.
  • Fleet experience and/or Licensing and Compliance knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Planning/Organizing/Supervisor Knowledge:

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and support employees
  • Able to drive team performance to achieve department and individual metrics
  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Able to think strategically with a focus on the big picture.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels of employees and customers.
  • Work well under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong decision making and negotiation skills.
  • Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.
