Job Description
MSS Pay is a fast-growing company in the payment processing industry. We are looking to hire a full time Support Specialist to work in our office in Heber City, UT, with remote work options available. Our Support Specialists are responsible for maintaining client and business relationships by directing all merchant inquires, servicing onboarded merchant accounts, and communicating with all bank and processing partners. This is a data entry heavy position and requires extreme attention to detail. Must be comfortable working with multiple computer programs, able to multi-task, and work independently.
Responsibilities
Lead communication between clients and banks, working within multiple platforms- phone, email, chat.
Provide resourceful solutions for client requests and issues.
Update and maintain existing merchant accounts.
Update and document progress into multiple data systems.
Implement and execute support projects.
Ownership of support requests from start to finish.
Qualifications
Proficient computer and systems skills.
Excellent time management with ability to prioritize.
Detail Oriented
Resourceful, able to problem solve.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Hourly- $17-$20 DOE
