If you love working with kids Metroplex is the place for you. We are currently looking for swim instructors for our year-round swim lessons and Seasonal swim. We are looking for FUN, ENERGETIC, and ANIMATED individuals eager to learn and teach a life long skill.
Swim Instructor :
- Set schedules
- Great pay
- No Sundays
- Part-time, Seasonal (some full-time positions may become available.)
Swim Instructor expectations :
- Student Safety and awareness
- Be in uniform ready to work 15 mins before your shift starts
- Clean the pool area after each shift
- Be present at all staff training and meetings
- Become knowledgeable of curriculum
- Check pool chemicals and maintain pool log
- Class management of students and time
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Make your lesson the highlight of the day for each student
Preferred Requirements:
- 1-2 years as a swim instructor or coach
- Lifeguarding, CPR, First-Aid
- 1-year customer service'
