Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Salary: $55400 - $73400 / year

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the operation, conduct, and game security of a specified number of various types of table games.
• Ensures compliance with state gaming regulations and the company's objectives, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinates supervisors and dealers; schedules to ensure appropriate staffing within the assigned pit or assigned games.
• Responsible for fills and credits required during the operation of supervised games.
• Trains employees, plans and assigns work areas, appraises performance, initiates employee commendations and discipline, addresses and resolves customer and employee concerns and complaints.
• Promotes positive public and employee relations at all times.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within the area of responsibility.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' full-time Table Games Pit Manager and/or Table Games Shift Manager experience preferred.
• Must have be knowledgable in several types of table games.
• Must be able to obtain and main a state gaming license.
• Effective oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time.
• Prolonged leaning and/or bending at waist or neck, frequent upper and lower arm reaching is required.
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. <
