Job Description

The Talent Development Center of Expertise (COE) is looking for a proactive team member to support them in the administration and coordination of the COE activities.
Principal job duties include:
  • Administration and coordination of talent development processes and programs
  • Support facilitators hosting training events including course registration, course preparation and participant support
  • Vendor and service provider management including the negotiation of contracts, desired training outcomes, fees, or expenses
  • Reconciliation of accounts and general bookkeeping, including but not limited to A/P, A/R, invoicing, and generating monthly financial reports
  • Reporting
  • Internal and external communication including launch campaigns for talent development processes, blogs, and social media posts
  • May conduct general leadership and professional development and career planning training classes
  • Compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
  • Additional responsibilities as required to ensure the TD COE delivers outcomes to the business in a timely manner
  • Can think outside the box, has demonstrated problem solving skills and is interested in finding better ways to do the work
  • Has proficient software skills and interest to learn and apply their knowledge in the tools we use
  • Has the ability act independently and attend to detail while meeting deadlines
  • Has exceptional organizational skills, can handle multiple assignments and prioritize work
  • Is discreet in working with confidential information

Basic Job Requirements

  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four (4) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years if non-degreed;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Can accommodate international time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Training, HRIS or Human Resources useful but not required
Working knowledge of internal database applications such as • SAP and/or SuccessFactors
  • Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet, and electronic presentation programs
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable but not required
