UVA Human Resources has an exciting opportunity for two Talent Sourcers in the Health System. The University of Virginia Health System is a renowned academic medical center committed to providing outstanding patient care, educating tomorrow's health care leaders and discovering new and better ways to treat diseases. The University's Medical Center, School of Medicine and Physicians Group are recognized for their excellence in patient care, education, and research.

Talent Sourcers focus on proactively identifying and developing a pipeline of candidates aligned to specific business units utilizing multiple strategies including online job boards, social media and networking. They generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging by clearly articulating the UVA Health System value proposition. Sourcers prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications and partner with Recruiters to develop pipelines to identify talent for both current open positions and future hiring needs.

The Talent Sourcers may be asked to source, recruit, screen, interview, attend career events, and recommend internal and external candidates for positions at all levels. At times, the team may utilize the services of employment agencies. Talent Sourcers place employment ads in appropriate media, ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics.

Talent Sourcers will be hired at either the Talent Sourcer Senior or Talent Sourcer level, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - TALENT SOURCER SENIOR

Education: High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience: Three years relevant experience

Preferred Experience: Two years or more experience with the talent acquisition process and sourcing health care professionals preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - TALENT SOURCER

Education: High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience: One year relevant experience

Preferred Experience: Some experience with the talent acquisition process and sourcing health care professionals preferred.
