Technology Support Liaison I

ENTRY-LEVEL SALARY: $40,126 annually

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Assists the public with processes, questions or concerns that are received by phone, email or in person.

Answers user software-related questions over the phone, email or in person and provides support as needed.

Assists in the development of software and associated product standards for Development Services.

Assists in the design, development, implementation, analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting of new applications.

Maintains good public relations in dealing with the public either by phone, online, or in person.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS

Consults with individuals and organizations (i.e., citizens, engineers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, property owners, attorneys, home builders, realtors, developers, insurance companies, lending agencies and various local, state and federal government officials) regarding permitting issues.

Reviews the routing of applications and correspondence for situations which would violate protocol and disrupt organizational integrity and administrative channels.

Processes payments made online or in-person.

Process applications for projects and permits.

Process applications for permit licensing – new applications and renewals. Uses State of Tennessee database to verify data.

Performs related work as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,126.00 - $64,201.00 per year
