We are seeking an Entry- Level Test Automation Engineer/Software Development Engineer in Test to come join our team!

What you'll do:
- Create and maintain automated UI, API and performance tests using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, SoapUI, and JMeter.
- Mentor others on the use of automation tools.
- Write and execute manual tests using mind maps, spreadsheets, etc.
- Create concise test plans and cases from business and functional requirements.
- Identify, record, and report bugs. Validate bug fixes.
- Report to the Software Engineer Team Lead regularly regarding quality and condition of the software
- Work closely with developers to review and create unit test coverage using tools such as Cucumber/Specflow
- Participate in scrum workflow, including project planning, reviews, retrospectives, and maintaining sprint board items.
What you need:
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- Relevant IT experience
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities (SKA) Required:
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Database and SQL knowledge
- Test Automation experience
- Coding experience, preferably with Python, Groovy, .NET, and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with project management and version control systems such as Team Foundation Server, Github, Gitlab, etc
