Required Skills:
· Experience in Child Support
· Experience in help desk support: answering calls, logging tickets, customer services, system troubleshooting
· Experience in troubleshooting system issues reported by users
· Experience preparing, documenting and executing test criteria, test cases, test scripts and test plans for IT projects
· Experience with testing tools (qTest)
· Thorough knowledge of testing concepts such as system integration testing and regression testing
· Experience testing back end processes and able to verify output data
· Ability to plan, organize and execute test cases and capture results in well documented manner
· Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical practitioners
Preferred Skills:
· Salesforce experience
· Jira
· qTest
· Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
· Work with technical team to troubleshoot system issues
· Provide help desk support triaging/troubleshooting issues from users
· Escalate issues from users that are not resolved
· Design, document and execute test criteria, test cases, test scripts and test results
· Utilize test management tool(s) and defect management tool
Expected Deliverable(s):
· Help Desk Support
· Test reporting
Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
