Therapy/Rehabilitation - PT OUTPATIENT |Day Shift [$52/Hour $2,080/Week] Waurika, OK 73573-3075
Pay and hours for Therapy/Rehabilitation:
- The contract is for 12 weeks.
- Shift: 5x8 Mon-Fri
- Rate: $2,080.00/weekly.
- First-time travelers accepted
- Works with medically stable and medically complex patients in a swing-bed setting to transition patients back to home, or to inpatient rehab, or to LTC.
- Works with outpatient adults
Requirements for Travel Therapy/Rehabilitation - PT OUTPATIENT:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed with the state of Oklahoma or a compact license
- COVID19 vaccinated is a MUST.
- BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
