We are searching for a Team Lead – Maintenance to perform diversified duties involving the immediate direction and supervision of assigned personnel and activities including responsibility for assuring high standards and completion of assigned work. Perform immediate direction and supervision of assigned personnel and activities. Duties normally involve supervisory responsibility for between 10 and 12 personnel in terms of full time equivalents.

• Hours: 40hrs (full time)
• Shift: Day Shift, 7:00am-3:30pm with call, weekend and holiday rotation
• Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital – Fall River, MA

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Equal to completion of one or two years of college.
• Specialized courses or training in the areas of shop arithmetic, mechanical, electricity, refrigeration, etc., are required.
• Appropriate current licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required - must carry a Journeyman Electricians License in the State of Mass.
• Basic knowledge of departmental computer system is required.

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 and seasonal Influenza. Must provide required vaccination documentation, unless approved for an exemption or deferral by Southcoast prior to starting employment.
