Job Summary: The Tractor Operator is responsible for safely and effectively operating tractors and other farm equipment in a citrus grove environment. They are responsible for accurately following instructions and operating safely at all times.
Drug-free workplace. Agricultural position; no overtime pay is offered.
Essential Duties:
- Operates a variety of tractors and other farm equipment safely
- Performs manual labor tasks in grove as needed
- Additional duties, as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- 1+ years experience operating equipment
- Able to follow oral or written directions given in English
- Honest
- Dependable
- Able to work on weekends as needed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
