Position: Training & Recruitment Administrator

• Create and develop curriculum, programs and training that effectively educates and develops employee-owners
• Research, evaluate and coordinate outside training provider activities
• Consult with departments relative to process improvements, and support change management initiatives
• Handle all aspects of the recruiting process including writing job descriptions, placing employment advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews with management and administering employment assessments and other on-boarding activities
• Develop and deliver new hire orientation
• Plan annual budget for training and recruiting functions and forecast and track monthly expenditures against that budget
• Develop training measurements and scorecards
• Compile and update a variety of reports and other administrative duties as needed
• 10% travel required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
• Comfortable giving presentations and speaking to a group
• Process management, TQM or Open Book Management experience helpful

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years' experience in training, recruiting, or a related field
